The Veg Bet

The Rules

1) 30 Days on a Vegetarian diet:
-Mock Meat is allowed
-Dairy and Eggs is allowed

2) Vitamins and supplements like Fish oil or workout shakes that contain meat proteins are allowed (This one was requested by me).

3) The loser has to pay Rm200 to the winner.

4) If both last 30 days and has equal number of "Lifestyle Wins",It is considered a Stalemate and nobody pays.

5) "Life Happens" rule: In the event a family member (only family members) cooks a dish, then must always choose the vegetarian option. If meat is mixed into vegetarian options, take out the meat and eat the vegetables only.

6) "Politeness Pass": In the event that eating a dish with meat or meat dish is required to maintain politeness (BECAUSE WE'RE ASIAN!!!) each person is allowed only 3 Politeness Pass during the 30 day period.

7) An extra Politeness Pass can be added to the Politeness Pass pool by eating a completely clean diet for a minimum of 3 days:
-No junk food
-No fried foods
-No high cholesterol foods
-No oily foods

8) "Lifestyle Win": Moe or Emily can collect Lifestyle wins to add to their total points by doing an activity that contributes to overall good health of the person.

However, a single activity may only be done a maximum of 3 times. IF anyone wishes to do the same activity and get a "Lifestyle Win" they must do it for at least 6 days in a row after being awarded for the 3 times.

At the end of 30 days total points are calculated and a winner is then decided.
